Jackie Twedell

Ministerial Intern

Jackie Twedell is from Fort Worth, Texas and has been a life-long member of University Christian Church. While at UCC, she was an active participant in youth ministries, both as a youth and as a sponsor. She has spent many summers counseling youth camps at Disciples Crossing in Athens, TX, one of the many camps in the Southwest Region. Jackie graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas in 2008 with a major in Religion and a minor in Speech Communication. Jackie was active in the Handbell Choir and the Wind Ensemble, where she played the oboe. During her Junior year at Trinity, Jackie studied abroad in Canterbury, England. At that time she traveled around Europe and visited as many cathedrals as she could. Prior to working at Woodmont, Jackie spent the summer as an intern at St. Andrew Christian Church in Olathe, Kansas where she worked with the youth and children's ministries.
