Stephen Daniel King

Worship Leader, The Bridge

Stephen Daniel King grew up in Atlanta as the third oldest child of eight musical siblings. He is a worship leader and band coordinator at the Bridge. Growing up, Stephen was musically active in the church and the community. While earning his BA degree in Marketing at the University of Georgia, Stephen was immersed in the diverse music scene of Athens, GA. He served as the worship leader for college ministries at First Redeemer Church in Atlanta, as a musician for Campus Outreach Ministries at UGA, and a regular band member at Athens Church, a NorthPoint Ministry. In addition, Stephen gigged around Athens and Atlanta as a singer/songwriter and a sideman for other artists. In 2007, he moved to Music City with a heart full of hopes for the next steps in his musical career. Within a week of arriving in Nashville, Stephen met Andra through a mutual songwriter friend. Twenty months later, he proposed in Paris, France while on tour as a headlining act for Le Grand Kiff, an outreach ministry of the European Protestant Reform Church. Stephen stays busy being a husband and new father to his baby daughter, touring, recording with various artists and developing music at The Bridge.
