Groundbreaking Ceremony this Sunday – May 17th!
This Sunday, May 17, at 10:45 AM, we will officially break ground on our new Family Life Center on the western part of our campus. We have been visioning, planning, and working on this for the past few years, and now it is time to make it a reality. This Life Center will completely transform our campus and help us address many of our current space and parking needs, creating an opportunity for our mission and programs to grow. Over $21M has already been committed over a three-year period. Construction should last roughly 15 months. Our hope is to be in the building in the fall of 2027. Here are the main objectives. You can see the pictures below.
• Develop the Campbell West portion of our property with a Family Life Center (2.3 acres west that we own)
• Heavily invest in our youth and children’s ministries for the future
• Build a new home base for our youth ministries adjacent to the new gym and cafe
• Free up additional space for our children’s ministries (current youth space)
• Build a multi-use gymnasium that can also be used for worship, speakers, and large events
• Add significant parking capacity to our property (70 additional spaces)
• Build a Connection Cafe that will serve as a hub for gathering and fellowship
• Add additional multi-use classrooms for all ages, including seniors
• Create a beautiful green space between the buildings for outdoor events and activities
• Continue the momentum and growth that our church has experienced in recent years
Woodmont remains a vibrant church in the heart of Nashville, TN. As we all know, our city is growing and changing and so is our church. Generations have gone before us and generations will come after us. This church will continue to be a light in our community that changes lives and spreads the hope and love of Christ.
