Woodmont Deacon leaders will be given the task to welcome and greet guests coming to Woodmont to experience Walk Thru Bethlehem. These roles have been set aside primarily for Deacons of the church considering the role they play every Sunday at our church services.
The Deacon volunteers will not only welcome our visitors but will play a critical role of ushering the guests into the sanctuary (the entrance guests use to get to the Bethlehem village) and out of the sanctuary heading to the village. They, too, will provide assistance to guests and answer questions they may have.
Upon arriving for your assignment, you will be given specific instructions regarding the tasks you will be doing for your shift. As a Deacon, you are one of the first people our guests will meet; we represent the joyful and grateful face of Woodmont.
