The (Peri)Menopause transition for women presents many uncomfortable changes, symptoms, and challenges in mind, body, and spirit. Thankfully, the medical community is taking women’s desire to flourish during this period seriously. It still remains hard to know what is safe, true, and healthy. The hope of the evening is to give you answers about HRT, discuss the risks of breast cancer, and offer tangible suggestions for relief!
