The Olive Press is a working olive press built by our beloved Tom Mathis (Abby McLean’s dad). Our workers provide the manpower to turn the wheel and to replenish the olives. The guests are usually willing and anxious to help in turning the wheel. Setup is minimal but cleanup is a big job as there are real olives being crushed throughout the day.
